Deep Tissue Massage reaches deeper layers of muscles. It is used to break down knots and relieve pressure points throughout the body. This massage is beneficial for athletes and those who sit for long periods of time.  $80/hour $115/90 minutes.

Hot Stone Massage is often paired with Swedish Massage. Stones are heated and used with oils to sooth, warm, and massage your muscles. This allows your body to relax and release tension and stress.   $80/hour $115/90 minutes

In the Japenese language “Ashi” translates to foot and “Atsu” into pressure. Ashiatsu DeepFeet Bar Therapy, is a barefoot massage technique in which the therapist delivers deep, broad, consistent pressure while utilizing their feet and body weight. Working with gravity instead of against it, Ashiatsu therapists are able to provide an effective therapeutic massage without causing pain or discomfort to themselves or the receiving client.

Synergy Stone massage is a massage that uses these man made ceramic stones for the massage. Each stone is shaped differently and helps me get into each area differently. This massage is deeper than a traditional hot stone massage. Only offered as a 90 minute treatment for $115.

Hot Flow Massage is similar to hot stone massage but instead of using basalt stones contoured wooden tools are used. The wooden tools are placed in a hot towel cabinet to get toasty and then used on the body. The way the tools are contoured allows the therapist to get deeper than using basalt stones. The maple wood has also been proven to hold heat longer than basalt stones and the maple wood also allows for more heat transfer than the basalt stones.   $80/hour $115/90 minutes

The goal of Swedish Massage is to melt away muscle tension and increase the blood flow to your heart. Swedish Massage is extremely therapeutic as it decreases muscle toxins, increases oxygen levels in the blood, and improves flexibility in the body.  Especially good for those who do not like a deeper touch. $80/hour $115/90 minutes

Add a back scrub or foot scrub $10 

Sports Massage is for the everyday athlete to either help prepare or help recover from sport activities. Specific massage techniques such as petrissage, circular friction, compression, and tapotement are used to increase circulation, knead the muscles, and reduce soreness. Stretching is also used to increase flexibility, decrease injuries, and improve recovery. $80/hour $115/90 minutes. 

Add cupping or kinesiotaping $10 

A massage for the mother to be in mind. This massage uses a maternity pillow which allows the expectant mother to lie on her belly and get a massage like a normal person. The pillow is extra soft and has a cut out for the pregnant belly. $80/hour $115/90 minutes

Suction cupping is good for releasing stubborn tension by breaking up fascia and loosening the tissue. This add on service can be added on to a deep tissue or sports massage. $10 add on service.

Exfoliate and hydrate the skin with an add on foot or back scrubs, or get a full body scrub. $10 as an add on service. $80 for a full body scrub followed by a full body massage with a rich moisturizer. 

Kathleen is a certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage therapist through Klose Training. Manual lymphatic drainage massage is a gentle modality that is very beneficial for those who want a detoxification massage, those with Cancer, autoimmune disorder, fibromyalgia, and those with post surgical swelling. This massage speeds up the lymphatic system up to 20 times faster and decreases healing time for post surgical clients.
